- Each session may include threading, tinting, and shaping, based on what your brows need
- Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Membership fees are non-refundable after the first redeemed visit
- Non-transferable, valid only for the original purchaser
- For best results, we recommend spacing your visits at least 3 weeks apart
- Membership benefits expire 12 months after purchase and cannot be extended
- Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may affect future booking priority
Brow Club Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Package & Inclusions
The Brow Club is an annual brow care plan providing year-round brow maintenance, subject to appointment availability and your natural brow growth cycle.
Each session may include threading, tinting, and shaping, in whichever combination best suits your brows on the day of your visit. Before each session, we discuss your preferences and any skin sensitivities with you, and then select the most suitable approach. Depending on what your brows need, shaping may involve threading, tweezing, or precise trimming, or a combination of these methods. Tinting is applied whenever colour is needed to keep your brows defined.
Services outside of brow care are not included in the membership and will be charged at the standard rate.
2. Membership Fee & Payment
The annual membership fee is $249.00 CAD plus applicable GST, totalling $261.45 CAD. Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment. Membership fees are non-refundable after the first redeemed visit. CocoRez reserves the right to adjust membership pricing upon renewal.
3. Booking & Sessions
Members may book appointments throughout the year, subject to availability. Brow maintenance naturally follows your individual growth cycle, and most members find that visits every 3 to 5 weeks give the best results. To protect the health of your brows and the quality of the result, CocoRez may recommend adjusting the timing of an appointment when needed.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and no-shows without prior contact, may affect your future booking priority.
5. Validity & Renewal
This membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Membership benefits expire at the end of the 12-month period and do not carry over or accumulate. This membership does not renew automatically.
6. General Terms
The Brow Club membership is personal and non-transferable, and may only be used by the original purchaser. Members may be asked to present their membership card at appointments. Please tell us about any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before your session. CocoRez is not responsible for reactions or complications related to undisclosed allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or skin conditions that may affect treatment suitability.
